Overview

Alternate email addresses in Conduit allow your team to send and receive emails from multiple addresses, all within the same inbox. This is useful for managing different types of inquiries (e.g., [email protected], [email protected]) while maintaining the same support workflow.

Each alternate email address must share the same domain as your main support address and be forwarded to your Conduit inbox. Once set up, your team can reply to emails from these alternate addresses, making guest communication even more flexible and streamlined.

Set Up

Within Conduit you can configure up to 10 alternate email addresses.

You can configure these at the bottom of Settings → Email page in Conduit.

Alternate email addresses must:

  • …be forwarded in the same way as your main help email to the email address Conduit provides you when setting up your email.

Once alternate emails are set up you can choose to reply from them when writing an email in Conduit. By default Conduit will always try to reply with the same email used by the customer.
