Overview
Before the AI can work for you, it needs the right information and capabilities. This is the foundation for every other step.
Sources
Sources bring all the data your AI needs into one place. The Agent Hub connects to:
Property Management Systems (PMS): Structured property and booking data, synced automatically.
External Integrations: Google Sheets, Notion, and others. Can be synced on a schedule or imported once.
Files & Links: PDFs, CSVs, hosted docs, or public web pages.
When connected, the AI can:
Instantly reference up-to-date information.
Pull structured fields for Required Info.
Parse unstructured content into reusable knowledge blocks.
To import sources
Navigate to Agent Hub > Import Sources > Import
Select what sources you would like to import. Conduit is able to import from URLs, 3rd Party Services, and uploaded files.

Select where your information will be added (specific Inbox Type or Global) and if it will be Knowledge, Groups or Listings.
Click Import
Tools
Tools are what the AI uses to take action — from creating bookings to logging maintenance tickets.
Preset Tools – Common integrations and functions that are ready to use out of the box.
Custom Tools – Build your own to match your unique workflows and systems.
Each agent can have a different set of tools, tailored to its contact type and responsibilities.
