Overview
The platform enables teams to:- Send and receive emails using company domain addresses
- Centralize all email communication within a single workspace
- Support multiple email addresses from the same domain (bookings@, payments@, sales@)
- Integrate with Outlook, Gmail, and company email providers
Requirements
Allowed:- Multiple emails from the same domain
- Company domain-based addresses only
- One domain per workspace maximum
- Up to 10 emails per domain
- Public email providers (@gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @icloud.com, @hotmail.com) are not supported
Setup Process
Two-step configuration required:Prerequisites
Users need:- Conduit workspace inbound address (ends with @inbound.postmark.app)
- Admin access to DNS settings
- Admin access to email provider (Google Workspace Admin console for Gmail)
Email Address Recommendations
Recommended formats: help@, support@, contact@, hello@ Personal addresses like cole@ or flor@ are discouraged but may work depending on organizational needs.Email Title Format
When you start sending emails from Conduit, the title of the email in the recipient’s inbox will be: “Your Name + From [Workspace Name]”For receiving email copies in company inboxes, contact [email protected] for custom solutions.
