Enable notifications to be alerted when and where you want

Overview

Notifications in Conduit allow you to stay updated on important events and messages without needing to monitor the platform constantly. Notifications can be configured to send alerts directly to your email based on the events you prioritize, ensuring that nothing critical goes unnoticed.

By configuring your notification preferences, you can streamline how you stay informed and ensure you're only notified of events that matter most.

To set up your notifications:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Notifications

  2. Ensure notifications are enabled

  3. Choose which actions trigger notifications, including activity from connected channels, messages from specific inboxes, and billing updates

Adding Spam Rules

For unwanted messages, Conduit allows you to add spam rules to free up your inboxes.

To add a spam rule:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Spam > Add Spam Rule

  2. Add the contact’s email or phone number

  3. Optional: add the contact’s name or any email conditions

  4. Select Create Rule
