Connecting to a property management system (hospitality)

Overview

Connecting your Property Management System to Conduit lets you bring your property and booking data into Conduit. We automatically create contacts from reservations and allow you to communicate with them. Conduit integrates with over 15 PMS systems to populate your listing information.

1. Navigate to Settings > Connected Channels > PMS

   • If you do not see PMS, you may need to create a new workspace > Advanced > Select Short Term Rental or Long Term Rental

2. Select your the PMS your business uses

3. Input six-digit account ID and API key

4. Your listing will now be under Agent Hub > Knowledge > Properties

Connect Beds24

1. Go to Settings > PMS in HostAI, click on the Beds24 logo. You will be redirected to the Authentication Screen as shown below.

2. Select on ‘Select all’ on all three of these boxes like below. And then Click on ‘Generate Invite Code’ once more.

Copy the ‘Invite code’ as shown below.

1. Paste it back on your Authentication Screen (from 2nd point) and Click on ‘Connect’. You will see a message box that shows you’ve successfully authenticated the integration, please follow step 2 to receive Beds24 messages.

Part 2: Connecting to Beds24 Messaging

1. Open the Beds24 app. Go to ‘Settings > Properties > Access’.

2. On the Booking Webhooks section, select 2 - with personal data as the Webhook Version as shown below. Paste the Listener URL from Step 1 on the URL field. Leave the Custom Header empty. And click on 'Save'.

1. Repeat steps for every property within the Beds24 account.
