Calls Dashboard

Overview
In the calls dashboard you will be able to see data about calls made by both the AI and your team members. You will be able to compare data to the previous period and filter by team member.
Calls By Member

Under Calls by member, you can compare the number of calls each team member or AI Agent made and listen to the transcript by clicking the team member’s name. You can also see a breakdown of total calls and what channel they were answered on in Outgoing calls and Incoming calls.
Manager Dashboard

The Manager Dashboard provides statistics regarding members of your team and your AI Agent including median response time, messages sent, and tickets resolved.

Under Messages sent by user, you can click a team member or AI Agent to view messages sent. This provides insights on how the AI is responding and how many messages it responded to compared to your team.
If you would like more details or the context of the conversation, you can click a message to view the conversation within the Inbox.
