Overview

Conduit Business Number integrates VoIP services directly into your Conduit account. This allows your team to manage calls, two-way SMS messaging, and soon, VoiceAI, alongside email and other support channels, creating a seamless experience for both your team and your guests.

By managing everything within Conduit, your team can respond quickly, track conversations, review transcripts, and maintain context across channels.

Set Up

If an area code doesn't apply to your country, leave it blank

If you already have a number with Twilio, click the Import Existing Twillio Number to port it into Conduit

Setting up your phone number is easy—go to the Phone section, select the country code, the desired area code you want for your number, and click Request a Number. You can also fill out to expedite the process. We will then reach out to you with the next steps to get the number fully set up.
