Streamline

Follow these steps to connect your Streamline account to Conduit and start syncing your listings and guest data.

Step 1: Go to PMS Settings

1. From the left-hand menu, click on the Settings icon

2. Under Connected Channels, select PMS.

3. Click the Connect PMS button in the center of the screen.

Step 2: Select Streamline

1. From the list of available PMS providers, scroll down and click on Streamline.

2. You’ll be redirected to the Streamline integration page.

Step 3: Enter API Credentials

1. On the Streamline integration screen, you’ll be prompted to enter:

   • Token Key

   • Token Secret

2. Paste your credentials from Streamline into the appropriate fields.

3. Click Authorize to complete the connection.

How to Retrieve Your Streamline API Credentials

To connect Streamline with Conduit, you’ll need your Token Key and Token Secret. Follow these steps to retrieve them:

Step 1: From your Streamline admin homepage, click on the Self-Service Onboarding link.

Step 2: Scroll down to find Conduit under the list of partners (listed alphabetically), then click Get Tokens.

Step 3: Enter your password and click the I Agree button to confirm.

Once completed, your Token Key and Token Secret will be sent to the email address you’ve designated for receiving API credentials.

You’re all set! By following these steps, your Streamline account will be securely connected to Conduit, allowing you to seamlessly sync listings, manage guest data, and streamline your operations.
