In this phase, you’ll input, structure, and refine the foundational knowledge your AI will use to respond accurately. This includes:

  • Sources – Connecting all your external data (PMS, PDFs, spreadsheets, guidebooks) to centralize knowledge.

  • Required Info – Ensuring each listing has essential details filled out, so the AI has a complete and reliable dataset.

  • Adding Knowledge – Manually contributing key information to fill gaps and ensure your AI understands the nuances of your operations.

Teaching is about giving the AI access to the right knowledge, so it has a strong foundation to generate accurate and helpful responses.
