Overview

Even after you fill out your , you will still want to teach your AI.

In HostAI, building a comprehensive knowledge base doesn’t have to be complicated—it happens one knowledge block at a time.

With a streamlined workflow that flows from your Inbox into your Knowledge Base, adding new information is simple and quick.

Workflow

You have the option to add new knowledge from your Inbox or Knowledge Base. This flexibility is designed so you can continuously enrich your knowledge base without even thinking about it.

From Your Inbox

There are two ways to add knowledge from your inbox

  • Add from any conversation: Click on the button in the top bar or use the shortcut "K".

  • Pull from any message: When you respond to a guest with details not yet in your Knowledge Base, you can convert this information into a knowledge block.

From Your Knowledge Base

On the sidebar, there is a plus button or keyboard shortcut "K"
