Overview

Notifications in Conduit allow you to stay updated on important events and messages without needing to monitor the platform constantly. Notifications can be configured to send alerts directly to your desktop or via email based on the events you prioritize, ensuring that nothing critical goes unnoticed.

Setup

To set up your notifications, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Personal Notifications: Go to the "Personal Notifications" section under your account settings.

  2. Choose Notification Methods: You can select between push notifications for desktop or email notifications. Push notifications are real-time and ideal for urgent updates, while email notifications will be grouped based on urgency and sent in digest format.

  3. Set Notification Triggers:

    • Guest Messages: You can receive notifications when an AI response is available for approval, a message is tagged with a conversation tag, you are assigned to a conversation, or mentioned in a note.

    • Upsells: Get notified when a new upsell is detected or when an upsell is about to expire within 24 hours.

    • Tasks: Stay on top of your workload by enabling notifications for task creation, task assignments, or task completion.

By configuring your notification preferences, you can streamline how you stay informed and ensure you're only notified of events that matter most to you.

How can I re-enable push notifications if I disabled them in my browser?

If you disabled them in the browser you might need to go through your browser settings and clean up the site preferences. If you're using Chrome, update settings here: chrome://settings/content/notifications?search=notifications and then re-enable in HostAI.
