Receiving WhatsApp calls in Conduit
WhatsApp Business with Conduit allows you to receive calls in our web application.
We do not currently support making outbound calls.
Meta Business Setup
Start receiving calls by following the steps below!
1. Go to Meta Business
Visit https://business.facebook.com/

2. Visit "WhatsApp accounts"

3. Visit WhatsApp Manager
Find your WhatsApp Business Account

Visit WhatsApp Manager

4. Enable Calls
In the WhatsApp Manager, select your Phone Number. Inside your Phone Number, then select calls.

Note: You must already have this WhatsApp number connected to Conduit. If not, the "Allow voice calls" option cannot be turned on.
