Overview

Sources allow you to bring all of your info into one centralized location. By pulling data from your Property Management System (PMS) and other external sources, Conduit ensures your AI is using the most accurate, up-to-date information.

You can then edit information, manage updates, and have clear visibility into where your AI pulls information from when it generates its responses.

Source Types

You can connect and upload multiple knowledge sources to ensure your AI has a complete understanding of your listings. There are three main types:

  1. PMS – Data pulled from your Property Management System during import. This is typically your most structured and up-to-date source.

  2. External Listing Sources – Additional files and links you can upload:

    1. PDFs – Extract structured data from guidebooks, policies, or other documents.

    2. Links – Scrape knowledge from hosted documents, web pages, or internal wikis.

  3. CSVs – Import structured property data from spreadsheets.

For CSV imports—go to the Import Knowledge tab

Syncing & Updating Knowledge

  • PMS Data – If updates are made in your PMS, click Sync in Conduit to pull the latest version.

  • External Sources (PDFs, CSVs, Links) – If changes are made to the original file, the previous version must be deleted and re-uploaded to reflect updates.

Editable vs. Synced Data

Once imported, all data is editable within Conduit, allowing you to refine and adjust details as needed. However:

  • If you edit imported data inside Conduit and then sync or re-upload the source, your edits will be overridden with the latest version from the external system.

  • This ensures your AI is always working with the most recent information but requires careful management if manual edits have been made.

Conduit – Knowledge manually added to your Knowledge Base. This includes any information you've inputted directly within Conduit. (see more about this )
