Overview

Connecting your Property Management System to Conduit lets you bring your property and booking data into Conduit. We automatically create contacts from reservations and allow you to communicate with them.

There are a few ways to integrate with your PMS:

• With a PMS with messaging – Brings in all your reservations and messages through the PMS-OTA connection.

• With a PMS without messaging - Brings in all your reservations, allowing you to communicate with them through our Airbnb integration and native communication channels (email, text, WhatsApp).

• Standalone Airbnb integration – Brings Airbnb guest messaging and reservations into Conduit as a standalone integration.
