How to port your number from Aircall to Conduit

Steps for Porting Your Aircall Number to Conduit

  1. Contact Aircall’s Porting Team Initiate a service request to transfer your phone number by submitting a request via the Aircall porting support portal. (e.g., PIN or RIO code). Your Aircall account must remain active until the porting process is complete, so let Aircall know you’re transferring your number to Conduit.

  2. Submit Your Porting Request to Conduit Once you have the required details from Aircall, please initiate your port request by following the detailed steps in our porting guide. Make sure to include all the required information for a smooth transfer.

  3. Remove Your Number from Aircall After the port is complete, be sure to remove your number from your Aircall dashboard to stop any further charges.

  4. That's It! You're all set. Conduit will take care of the rest, and we'll keep you updated as the process progresses.
