Connecting to your CRM

Overview

Connecting your CRM to Conduit lets you bring your contact and object data into Conduit. We automatically allow you to communicate with them through our native communication channels and sync back data as needed.

There are a few ways to integrate with your CRM:

• With a native CRM integration – We natively integrate with popular CRMs like Salesforce and Hubspot. We sync contact and object data with your CRM bidirectionally. This integration is available upon request.

• With webhooks - Use our workflow to set up webhooks and contact creations.
