Overview

While Sandbox gives you a dedicated space to test your AI, you can also improve it directly from the Inbox—right where guest interactions happen.

Every time the AI generates a Proposed Reply, you have the opportunity to see what knowledge it used, refine its sources, and teach it new information without leaving the conversation. This ensures your AI continues to improve in real time, helping it become more accurate and autonomous with every interaction.

How It Works

  1. Review the AI’s Proposed Reply

    • When the AI suggests a response, you’ll see a "Sources Used" dropdown.

    • This shows the Knowledge Blocks the AI pulled from to generate the reply.

  2. Edit or Improve the Knowledge

    • If the response isn’t ideal, click on a Knowledge Block to review or edit the information behind it.

    • You can modify existing knowledge to improve future replies.

  3. Teach the AI with New Knowledge

    • If the right information doesn’t exist, click the Teach Button (Graduation Hat Icon).

    • Add new Knowledge Blocks so the AI has more accurate details for similar questions in the future.

A Recommended Workflow

  • If an AI response isn’t quite right, don’t just edit the reply—fix the underlying knowledge.

  • Use the Sources dropdown to see where the AI is pulling from.

  • Refine, edit, or add knowledge directly from the Inbox to improve all future AI responses.

  • Over time, this trains your AI to require fewer manual edits, moving you closer to Autopilot.
