Overview

By integrating all your message channels—email, SMS, WhatsApp, OTA messaging, Chat Widget, and more—you can then create dedicated inboxes for each area of your operation, equipped with custom fields and tailored settings to effectively manage each contact type.

Common inbox setups include guests, homeowners, contractors, and lead inboxes.

Set up

By default, when you create a workspace we'll generate a guest inbox for you. It's up to you what additional inboxes to add.

Setting up a new inbox is very simple:

  1. Create an inbox for the contact type you want and configure the settings for that Inbox

  2. Map the contacts to the inbox you create
