Overview

Listings in Conduit are imported directly from your Property Management System (PMS) during the initial setup. Once imported, all active listings will be available for guest communication and billing purposes.

It's important to manage your listings effectively, particularly if you have dormant listings that are no longer in use or if you acquire new ones. By keeping your listings updated, you ensure that only active listings are being billed, and any new listings are seamlessly integrated into your Conduit workspace.

Set Up

  • Adding New Listings: If you have recently added new properties to your PMS that are not yet in Conduit, simply click the Import button. This will pull all new listings into the system, enabling Conduit to manage guest support for those properties.

  • Removing Listings: If you want to stop managing a property in Conduit, you can move it to inactive. This keeps the listing in your Conduit system but disables guest support and billing for that property. This option is ideal if you may need to reactivate the listing in the future.
