Import Process
- Navigate to Agent Hub > Import Sources > Import
- Select your source (URL, file upload, or connected integration)
- Choose a destination (specific inbox or Global)
- Select content type (Knowledge, Groups, or Listings)
- Click Import and optionally enable automatic syncing
