Workflow Usage
Certain workflow actions have an associated credit charge.

Overview
Empowering employees to become builders is no longer optional; it’s essential for driving customer interactions and scaling your business. At Conduit, we’re committed to encouraging users to be their own AI orchestrators. Flexible billing ensures you only pay for what bring value to your business
How Credits Work
Credits are used to measure the computing power required by different actions in Conduit. Each action, or node, consumes a set number of credits based on its complexity and resource usage.
Lightweight actions (e.g., updating contact details) consume fewer credits.
Advanced actions (e.g., AI messaging, VoiceAI) consume more credits.
You are only charged for credits actually used — no flat-rate increases.
