Where connections live
Most connections are added from Settings > Connections. Click Add connection, start typing the name of the tool, and pick it from the list. Some apps are installed from Agents > Marketplace instead.Commonly used integrations
The tools below are some commonly used ones. We document these specifically because many of our customers use them, but Conduit supports a lot more integrations than are listed here. To find others, go to Settings > Connections, click Add connection, and search for the tool you use. If you would like help, your onboarding specialist can guide you through setting it up.Operations tools
These let your agent see the work happening at your properties, such as open tasks, who is assigned and what is in stock.Team chat
These send Conduit notifications to where your team already talks, so the right people hear when something needs a human.Knowledge sources
These feed your Knowledge Base from where your information already lives, and keep it in sync as it changes.Marketplace apps
The Marketplace holds further apps across CRM, e-commerce, project management, communication, data and analytics, and scheduling. Install them from Agents > Marketplace. See Marketplace.Build your own
If a tool you need is not listed, you can still connect it.Also connected elsewhere
Your property management system and your messaging channels have their own sections. See Connect PMS and the pages under Connect your Channels.Frequently asked questions
What can my agent do with a connection?
What can my agent do with a connection?
It depends on the tool and on what its own API exposes. To check, go to Settings > Connections, click the three dots next to the connection, select View details and open the Tools tab. That lists every action and lookup your agents can use. A field you can see in the other system’s interface is sometimes not available, because a tool can only work with what the vendor’s API offers.
Does connecting a tool give every agent access to it?
Does connecting a tool give every agent access to it?
No. Tool access is set per agent, and Operator has its own separate tool settings. See Tools.
Can we use Conduit for internal team messaging?
Can we use Conduit for internal team messaging?
Conduit is built around customer conversations. Internal coordination stays where it is today, and Conduit sends notifications into Slack or Microsoft Teams so nothing is missed.

The tools on this page are only some commonly used ones. Go to Settings > Connections, click Add connection, and search for your tool, as it may already be supported. If it is not there, tell your onboarding specialist what you are trying to achieve. Some connections exist but are not self serve, and others can be built with a custom tool, an MCP tool or a workflow.
