Your workspace needs to be a property based type, such as Short Term Rental or Hotel. Set the industry in the workspace’s company settings, or create a new workspace of that type. See Connect PMS.
My PMS credentials are rejected
My PMS credentials are rejected
Copy the credentials again from your PMS and reconnect from Settings > PMS under Channels. Some PMSes do not issue credentials self serve, for example Streamline issues them through its support team, so check the guide for your PMS under Connect PMS.
I cannot add a second PMS
I cannot add a second PMS
A PMS that delivers guest messages cannot share a workspace with one that only supplies property and reservation data, and if Airbnb is your primary PMS you cannot add another. Use a separate workspace if you need both. See the connection rules in Connect PMS.
New properties from my PMS are not showing up

Listings are not added automatically. Go to Settings > Listings > Actions > Import listings to bring them in. New listings arrive as active, so your agent responds there and they are billed. See Listings and groups.
The import seems stuck
The import seems stuck
The import runs in the background and can take a few minutes on a large portfolio. If your listings still have not appeared under Settings > Listings after that, check the credentials and reconnect.
Notes I write in Conduit are not showing in my PMS
Notes I write in Conduit are not showing in my PMS
This is expected. Notes sync in one direction only: notes written in your PMS come into Conduit, but notes written in Conduit stay in Conduit. If someone working in your PMS needs to see a note, write it in the PMS.
My SOPs did not come across from the PMS

Only property and reservation information syncs from your PMS. Add your standard operating procedures to Conduit as Knowledge or Skills so your agent can work from them.
