Overview

Breezeway connects with a client ID and a client secret. Once connected, your agent can see the operational work happening at your properties, such as open tasks and who they are assigned to, and can create or update tasks where the connection allows it.

What you need

These are not self serve. You cannot generate them from inside Breezeway, whatever permissions you hold on the account. Breezeway issues them on request.

Part 1: Request your Breezeway credentials

Email your Breezeway account manager and ask them to issue API credentials for your account, or complete Breezeway’s request form.
If your properties sit under a manager’s Breezeway account rather than your own, check which account the request should cover. Credentials are tied to a specific account, and ones issued for the wrong account will not return your properties.

Part 2: Connect Breezeway in Conduit

  1. Go to Settings > Connections and click Add connection.
  2. Search for Breezeway and select it.
  3. Enter the client ID and client secret, then click Connect.
To see what your agents can do with the connection, open it from Settings > Connections, click the three dots, select View details and open the Tools tab. See Tools for how to give an agent access.
