Overview
SuiteOp connects through workflows and webhooks rather than a single login. The typical pattern is an event in SuiteOp, for example an upsell being approved, triggering a message to the guest from Conduit.
How to set it up
- Decide which SuiteOp events should trigger something in Conduit, such as an approved upsell or a completed task.
- In Conduit, build a workflow that starts from a webhook and sends the message or takes the action you want. See Create a Workflow.
- In SuiteOp, point the matching event at the webhook URL from that workflow.
