Overview

Airtable is the best fit for structured records that someone needs to update quickly, such as inventory or maintenance logs. Its form based entry makes it easy for a team member to log a broken item in a few taps, and the update flows through to what your agent can see. You choose which bases and tables Conduit can see. Anything you do not share stays private.

Connect Airtable in Conduit

  1. Go to Settings > Connections and click Add connection, or open Agents > Marketplace.
  2. Search for Airtable and select it.
  3. Sign in to Airtable and choose the specific bases Conduit should have access to.
  4. Go to Agents > Knowledge and import the shared records into the right folder.
If you are using Airtable as the single source of truth for property or inventory data, add your onboarding contact as a guest on the base and tell them what you are trying to achieve. They will help with the initial structure.
See Connected Sources for sync statuses and how to remove a source.
