Content Sources
Property and policy information often already lives somewhere else. Connecting that source lets the agent draw on it directly instead of you copying everything into Conduit by hand, and your edits flow through without a re-import.
If you are choosing between them, pick whichever your team actually keeps up to date. A well-structured source nobody maintains is worse than a messy one that is current. Where you need someone to log a broken item in a few taps, Airtable’s form-based entry is usually the deciding factor.
1
Open the connection
Go to Agents > Marketplace or Settings > Connections.
2
Authorize the source
Select Notion, Google Drive, or Airtable and grant access.
3
Select what to share
Choose the specific pages, folders, or files Conduit should have.
4
Import into Knowledge
Import the selected content from Agents > Knowledge and place it in the right folder.
5
Turn on auto-sync
Open the source’s three-dot menu, choose Set auto-sync, and pick a schedule. Until you do, Conduit does not check the source for changes. See Auto-sync Knowledge Sources.
What You Share
Connecting a source does not hand your whole workspace over. You select which pages, folders, or files are shared, and only those are available to your agent. Anything you do not select stays private and is never used in a conversation. Review your selection whenever someone adds a new section to that source. A page added inside a shared folder can be picked up automatically.Business Systems
Business system connections supply live operational context rather than documents. The agent retrieves this alongside Knowledge when it answers.
Conduit connects to 20+ PMS providers through a unified connection layer, with periodic re-sync to keep listing and reservation data current. Booking platforms are set up from Settings > Connections or the relevant channel setup page.
PMS Setup Guide
Connect your PMS and start syncing property data.
Sync Status
Source-backed Knowledge can show these statuses:
Use the file action menu to sync a source again when the source supports manual sync. Failed link imports can be retried from the source list.
To keep connected sources current automatically, see Auto-sync Knowledge Sources.
Removing a source from the Sources view deletes the source and every node it generated, and it cannot be undone from Trash. See Managing Knowledge for the difference between deleting a page and removing a source.
Frequently Asked Questions
Could my agent tell a contact something confidential?
Could my agent tell a contact something confidential?
Only if that information was shared with Conduit in the first place. The safeguard sits at the point of sharing, so review what you select rather than relying on the agent to be discreet about a document it can read.
What happens when I update a page in the source?
What happens when I update a page in the source?
If auto-sync is on for the source, the change flows through at the next scheduled sync. That is the main reason to connect a source rather than paste its contents into Conduit. If auto-sync is off, the change only arrives when you sync the source manually or turn on a schedule.
A source says Failed to sync. What now?
A source says Failed to sync. What now?
Retry the sync from the file action menu, or retry a failed link import from the source list. If it keeps failing, replace the source with a fresh upload or link.
What does Waiting on quota mean?
What does Waiting on quota mean?
Processing is queued until quota is available. The source syncs on its own once capacity frees up, so no action is needed.
Can you help us set this up?
Can you help us set this up?
Yes. If you are using one of these as a single source of truth for property or inventory data, add your onboarding contact as a guest on that account and tell them what you are trying to achieve. They will help with the initial structure.
