Connect Streamline - Conduit

Overview

Streamline connects with a token key and a token secret. Streamline carries your bookings but not your OTA messaging. Your reservations arrive through Streamline, and each messaging channel needs connecting separately so conversations have somewhere to land. See Does your PMS carry your OTA messaging?.

What you need

Part 1: Request your Streamline credentials

Streamline’s support team issues the token key and token secret. They are not self serve, so please request them a few days before you plan to connect.

Part 2: Connect Streamline in Conduit

Go to Settings > PMS under Channels and click Add PMS.
Search for Streamline and select it.
Enter the token key and token secret provided by Streamline support, then click Connect.
Click Import to bring your listings in.

The import runs in the background and can take a few minutes on a larger portfolio. Imported listings arrive as active. See Listings and groups to set any you do not want the agent working on to inactive.
