Overview

Lodgify connects with a single API key. There is no OAuth redirect and no account ID. You paste the key, Conduit pulls in your properties, and you pick which listings to import.

What you need

Part 1: Get your Lodgify API key

  1. Log in to Lodgify, open the Menu in the top right, then click Settings.
  2. Select Public API in the settings menu.
  3. Click the copy button next to your API key. This key has both read and write permissions, so keep it private.
If the Public API page does not show a key, your plan may not include API access yet. Request access from that page or contact Lodgify support.

Part 2: Connect Lodgify in Conduit

  1. Go to Settings > PMS under Channels and click Add PMS.
  2. Search for Lodgify and select it.
  3. Paste the API key into the API Key field and click Connect.
  4. Conduit fetches your Lodgify properties and shows how many it found. Click Import to bring them in, or Skip to connect without importing yet.
If PMS is not visible under Settings, your workspace needs to be a Short Term Rental or Hotel type. Set the industry in the workspace’s company settings, or create a new workspace of that type.
The import runs in the background and can take a few minutes. Imported listings arrive as active, and your listing content appears under Agents > Knowledge once the sync finishes. See Listings and groups to set any you do not want the agent working on to inactive.
