Overview

RMS works differently from most PMS connections. Before Conduit can connect, RMS needs to enable an additional integration module on your RMS account. RMS charges a monthly fee for this module, and the connection cannot be made until it is active.
Arrange the module with RMS before your onboarding call. Until it is switched on, there are no credentials to connect with, and your listings and reservations cannot sync.

Part 1: Enable the integration module in RMS

  1. Contact your RMS account manager or RMS support and ask them to enable the integration module for your account so a third party can connect.
  2. Agree the monthly fee with RMS. This is billed by RMS, not by Conduit.
  3. Once the module is active, RMS provides the credentials needed to connect.

Part 2: Connect RMS in Conduit

  1. Go to Settings > PMS under Channels and click Add PMS.
  2. Search for RMS and select it.
  3. Enter the credentials RMS provided, then click Connect.
  4. Click Import to bring your listings in.
Imported listings arrive as active. See Listings and groups to set any you do not want the agent working on to inactive. If you are unsure which credentials RMS has given you, share them with your onboarding contact and they will help you complete the connection.
