Connect Hostaway - Conduit

Overview

Hostaway connects with an account ID and an API key. Hostaway carries your OTA messaging as well as your bookings, so your Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO conversations arrive in Conduit automatically once it is connected.

What you need

Field in Conduit	Where it comes from
Account ID	Your Hostaway account
API key	Created in Hostaway

Part 1: Get your Hostaway credentials

Create an API key in Hostaway and note the account ID it belongs to. Both values are needed.

Part 2: Connect Hostaway in Conduit

Go to Settings > PMS under Channels and click Add PMS.
Search for Hostaway and select it.
Enter your account ID and API key, then click Connect.
Click Import to bring your listings in.

The import runs in the background and can take a few minutes on a larger portfolio. Imported listings arrive as active. See Listings and groups to set any you do not want the agent working on to inactive.
