A credit is a unit of usage in Conduit. Different activities use different numbers of credits based on the work they perform. Your included credits reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle.

Usage categories

Conduit tracks credit usage in four categories:
  • Workflows: Paid actions completed during successful workflow runs
  • Operator Sidebar: Operator turns, calculated by the model and tokens used
  • Internal Agents: Internal agent activity with a dynamic cost based on the work performed
  • Voice AI: AI and regular voice minutes
Replies sent by your AI agents in the inbox do not consume credits. Credits are only used by the four categories above.

Voice rates

Operator and internal agents

Operator usage varies by the model and the number of tokens used in each turn. Depending on the model, 1 credit corresponds to roughly 7,000 to 71,000 billable tokens. Previously used conversation context may be discounted, so the raw token count and billable token count can differ. Internal agent runs have a dynamic cost based on the work performed, so they do not have a single flat rate.

Workflow rates

Starting or running a workflow is free, and most steps are free. Credits are only used when a successful run completes a paid action, such as sending a message, calling an integration, running an AI prompt, searching the web, or making an agent call. See Workflow credit usage for the complete action rates, free-step rules, and an example calculation.

View your current usage

Go to Settings > Billing to see the credits used in your current billing cycle and the breakdown across the four usage categories. Expand Workflows to see usage for each workflow. From there, open a workflow to drill down into individual runs and the credits charged for each one.

When credits run low

You will receive a notification when your credits are running low. You can upgrade or continue into overage, which is charged on your next invoice. For invoice history and downloads, see Billing.
