Channels are how your customers reach you. Every channel you connect lands in the same unified inbox, and your agents can reply on all of them. Most channels are connected from Settings, under Channels. Connect your PMS first if you have one, because some PMSes also carry your OTA messages and you will not need to connect those channels separately.

Whether you need to connect Airbnb, Booking.com or VRBO yourself depends on your PMS. Start with Does your PMS carry your OTA messaging? before connecting any of these.

After connecting

Send a test message on the new channel and check it arrives in the right inbox. If different channels or numbers should go to different inboxes or agents, set up inbox routing.
