Road to Autopilot
Building your AI Agents is like onboarding a new team member

Overview
The Agent Hub is your control center for building, refining, and deploying AI agents that manage your communications. It brings together everything you need to teach, test, and trust your AI — so it can handle more conversations on your behalf with confidence.
When you open the Agents page, you’ll see all your agents, each corresponding to one of your contact types. There’s a one-to-one mapping: every contact type has a dedicated agent responsible for handling those conversations. Each agent has:
Its own persona – defining tone, style, and approach.
Access to specific knowledge – tailored to that contact type.
Its own set of tools – so it can perform the actions required for that category of conversation.
Think of the Agent Hub like onboarding a new team member. In the beginning, you supervise closely — providing key details, rules, and feedback. Over time, as they learn your procedures and tone, you delegate more. Eventually, they’re handling the bulk of the work while escalating only when they truly need you.
From Copilot to Autopilot
This is the journey from Copilot (AI drafts replies for approval) to Autopilot (AI sends replies automatically when it’s confident).
That journey is powered by four connected workflows:
Connect Sources & Tools – Give your AI the facts and capabilities it needs.
Teach – Provide procedures, refine style, and set guardrails.
Test – Validate that changes work as intended.
Deploy – Turn on automation with the right level of control.
Your AI agents are only as good as the knowledge, rules, and tools you provide — and the Agent Hub gives you everything you need to continuously improve them.
