The brand kit holds your logo, name, colors and contact details. A template is the portal guests open: its branding, which listing details show, which offers it sells and what guests see after checkout. Check-in steps come from verification rules, not the template.

Brand kit

Go to Portals > Brand kit, fill it in and click Save. Needs Manage Portals.
  • Templates use the brand kit for every branding field they leave empty
  • Brand kit changes reach portals already sent the next time their template is saved. Receipts and submission PDFs always use the current logo and contact details, from the template or else the brand kit

Create a template

Needs Manage Portals.
  1. Go to Portals > Portals and click Create portal. A draft called Untitled portal opens in the editor
  2. Fill in the Setup, Offers and After checkout tabs
  3. Set the status to Active in the top bar and click Save changes
  4. Pick the template in Defaults
The Customer preview follows the tab you’re on, in Mobile or Desktop. Once the template has an active custom domain, the preview shows it.

Setup

What guests see after paying, and the confirmation message, are set in Defaults.

Offers

  • Featured offer shows first. Choose featured offer lists active offers
  • Offer set holds the rest, grouped by category. Drag to order within a category. Category order comes from Manage categories on Portals > Offers
  • Only active offers can be added

After checkout

After checkout, the portal link shows a thank-you page until 30 days after checkout. Cancelled and no-show stays don’t get it.

Status

The status picker in the editor’s top bar has Draft, Active, Paused and Archived. A new status applies when you click Save changes.
  • Only Active templates can be the default, a routing target or sent by an agent
  • Links already sent keep working whatever the template’s status
  • Active needs every offer on the template to be active, including after-checkout offers
  • Active also needs a Stripe account with charges enabled when an offer on the template is priced, or when any enabled check-in step in the workspace charges

Duplicate, archive and delete

From the ⋯ menu on a template in the portal list:
  • Duplicate makes a draft copy of the template
  • Archive stops new sends and routing. Links already sent keep working, checkout included. Restore brings it back as a draft
  • Delete only works on templates with no sales, and it deletes every portal link made from the template. Those links stop working

Changes and portals already sent

Saving a template, archiving or restoring it, or archiving one of its offers updates the template’s active portal links within a few minutes. Each link keeps its check-in steps, its listing photo, and any offer the guest bought or the AI agent added to it. See what reaches portals already sent.
