Templates
- Template choices only affect portals created after you save
- A rule whose template is no longer active blocks saving until you pick another template or remove the rule
- Auto-create portals covers reservations that sync after it’s on, with checkout still ahead. A cancelled stay’s portal expires. To create portals for reservations you already have, contact Conduit support
- Auto-created portals aren’t sent to guests. See Sending portal links
Check-in
When details appear sets when each detail shows: Door code, Check-in instructions, Wi-Fi, Address and directions, Parking, Area information, House rules, House manual, Trash instructions and Check-out instructions.
- Door code: At check-in time (default), Before check-in or Before check-out
- Every other detail: Immediately (default), Before check-in, At check-in time or Before check-out
- Before check-in and Before check-out take an amount in Minutes, Hours or Days. The default is 24 hours
- Door codes stay hidden until the guest finishes their check-in steps, whatever the timing
- A smart lock code shows once it’s active on the lock. See Devices
Showing the door code before check-in time doesn’t make a smart lock code work any earlier.
Payments
- These settings replace the template’s own payment settings
- Success view, Show receipt, Success message and the confirmation message reach portals already sent the next time their template is saved. Receipts and Track folio apply to every portal right away
