# Connect SuiteOp

> Connect SuiteOp through workflows and webhooks so events in SuiteOp can trigger messages from Conduit.

## Overview

SuiteOp connects through **workflows and webhooks** rather than a single login. The typical pattern is an event in SuiteOp, for example an upsell being approved, triggering a message to the guest from Conduit.

## How to set it up

1. Decide which SuiteOp events should trigger something in Conduit, such as an approved upsell or a completed task.
2. In Conduit, build a workflow that starts from a webhook and sends the message or takes the action you want. See [Create a Workflow](/workflows/create-a-workflow).
3. In SuiteOp, point the matching event at the webhook URL from that workflow.
