# Overview

> Every tool you can connect to Conduit, what each one gives your agent, and where to set it up.

Beyond your property management system and your channels, Conduit connects to the other tools your team already uses, so your agent can draw on them and your team hears about the things that matter.

## Where connections live

Most connections are added from **Settings > Connections**. Click **Add connection**, start typing the name of the tool, and pick it from the list. Some apps are installed from **Agents > Marketplace** instead.

<Tip>
  If you would like us to help configure one of your own accounts, the easiest thing is to add your onboarding contact as a guest on that account.
</Tip>

## Commonly used integrations

The tools below are some commonly used ones. We document these specifically because many of our customers use them, but Conduit supports a lot more integrations than are listed here.

To find others, go to **Settings > Connections**, click **Add connection**, and search for the tool you use. If you would like help, your onboarding specialist can guide you through setting it up.

### Operations tools

These let your agent see the work happening at your properties, such as open tasks, who is assigned and what is in stock.

| Tool | Connects with | Guide |
| - | - | - |
| Breezeway | Client ID and secret, issued by Breezeway on request | [Connect Breezeway](/setup/tools-and-integrations/breezeway) |
| Jobber | OAuth sign in | [Connect Jobber](/setup/tools-and-integrations/jobber) |
| SuiteOp | Workflows and webhooks | [Connect SuiteOp](/setup/tools-and-integrations/suiteop) |
| Asana | OAuth sign in | [Connect Asana](/setup/tools-and-integrations/asana) |
| HOPR by RoomChecking | Operator access to rooms, tasks, inventory, messages, and task creation | [Connect HOPR](/setup/tools-and-integrations/hopr-roomchecking) |

### Team chat

These send Conduit notifications to where your team already talks, so the right people hear when something needs a human.

| Tool | What it does | Guide |
| - | - | - |
| Slack | Notifications, replying to customers from Slack, and triggering internal agents | [Connect Slack](/setup/tools-and-integrations/connect-slack) |
| Microsoft Teams | Notifications in a Teams chat or channel | [Connect Microsoft Teams](/setup/tools-and-integrations/connect-microsoft-teams) |

### Knowledge sources

These feed your Knowledge Base from where your information already lives, and keep it in sync as it changes.

| Tool | Best for | Guide |
| - | - | - |
| Notion | Wikis, playbooks and written policy | [Connect Notion](/setup/tools-and-integrations/notion) |
| Google Drive | Documents, spreadsheets and shared folders | [Connect Google Drive](/setup/tools-and-integrations/google-drive) |
| Airtable | Structured records such as inventory or maintenance logs | [Connect Airtable](/setup/tools-and-integrations/airtable) |

### Marketplace apps

The Marketplace holds further apps across CRM, e-commerce, project management, communication, data and analytics, and scheduling. Install them from **Agents > Marketplace**. See [Marketplace](/build-your-agent/marketplace).

### Build your own

If a tool you need is not listed, you can still connect it.

| Option | Use it for | Guide |
| - | - | - |
| Custom tools | Write your own Python or JavaScript tool against any API | [Tools](/build-your-agent/tools) |
| MCP tools | Connect any system that offers an MCP server | [Tools](/build-your-agent/tools) |
| Workflows with webhooks | Trigger Conduit from events in another system, or call out to it | [Workflows](/workflows/getting-started) |
| Conduit API | Read and write Conduit data from your own systems | [API Reference](/api-reference/introduction) |

## Also connected elsewhere

Your property management system and your messaging channels have their own sections. See [Connect PMS](/setup/pms/connect-pms) and the pages under Connect your Channels.

## Frequently asked questions

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What can my agent do with a connection?">
    It depends on the tool and on what its own API exposes. To check, go to **Settings > Connections**, click the three dots next to the connection, select **View details** and open the **Tools** tab. That lists every action and lookup your agents can use. A field you can see in the other system's interface is sometimes not available, because a tool can only work with what the vendor's API offers.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does connecting a tool give every agent access to it?">
    No. Tool access is set per agent, and Operator has its own separate tool settings. See [Tools](/build-your-agent/tools).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can we use Conduit for internal team messaging?">
    Conduit is built around customer conversations. Internal coordination stays where it is today, and Conduit sends notifications into Slack or Microsoft Teams so nothing is missed.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The tool we use is not in the list.">
    The tools on this page are only some commonly used ones. Go to **Settings > Connections**, click **Add connection**, and search for your tool, as it may already be supported. If it is not there, tell your onboarding specialist what you are trying to achieve. Some connections exist but are not self serve, and others can be built with a custom tool, an MCP tool or a workflow.
