# Connect Notion

> Connect Notion so the pages your team already maintains feed your Knowledge Base and stay in sync on a schedule.

## Overview

Notion is the best fit for wikis, playbooks and written policy your team already keeps in pages. Once connected, the pages you share are imported into your Knowledge Base. Turn on auto-sync to keep them up to date as they change.

You choose which pages Conduit can see. Anything you do not share stays private.

## Connect Notion in Conduit

1. Go to **Settings > Connections** and click **Add connection**, or open **Agents > Marketplace**.
2. Search for **Notion** and select it.
3. Sign in to Notion and choose the specific pages Conduit should have access to.
4. Go to **Agents > Knowledge** and import the shared pages into the right folder.
5. Open the source's three-dot menu, choose **Set auto-sync**, and pick a schedule. Auto-sync is off until you turn it on, so without this step Conduit does not pick up later edits. See [Auto-sync Knowledge Sources](/build-your-agent/knowledge-base/auto-sync).

<Warning>
  Share only what a contact could reasonably be told. Do not share pages holding financial records, owner statements, contracts or staff information.
</Warning>

See [Connected Sources](/build-your-agent/knowledge-base/connected-sources) for sync statuses and how to remove a source.
