# Connect Track

> Connect Track to Conduit with your subdomain, key and secret so listings and reservations sync automatically.

## Overview

Track connects with a **subdomain**, a **key** and a **secret**.

Track carries your bookings but not your OTA messaging, so each messaging channel needs connecting separately. See [Does your PMS carry your OTA messaging?](/setup/channels/does-your-pms-carry-ota-messaging).

## What you need

| Field in Conduit | Where it comes from |
| - | - |
| **Subdomain** | The first part of the web address you use to sign in to Track |
| **Key** | Generated in Track |
| **Secret** | Generated in Track |

## Part 1: Get your Track credentials

Note your Track subdomain, which is the first part of the web address you use to sign in. Then generate an API key and secret in Track.

## Part 2: Connect Track in Conduit

1. Go to **Settings > PMS** under Channels and click **Add PMS**.
2. Search for **Track** and select it.
3. Enter your subdomain, key and secret, then click **Connect**.
4. Click **Import** to bring your listings in.

The import runs in the background and can take a few minutes on a larger portfolio. Imported listings arrive as active. See [Listings and groups](/setup/pms/listings-and-groups) to set any you do not want the agent working on to inactive.
