# Connect Beds24

> Connect Beds24 to Conduit with an invite code, then add a booking webhook so messages reach Conduit.

## Overview

Beds24 connects in two parts. First you authenticate with an **invite code** generated in Beds24. Then you add Conduit's **webhook URL** to each property in Beds24 so guest messages reach Conduit.

## What you need

| Item | Where it comes from |
| - | - |
| **Invite code** | Generated from the Beds24 authentication screen |
| **Webhook URL** | Shown on your Beds24 connection in Conduit after Part 1 |

## Part 1: Connect Beds24 in Conduit

1. Go to **Settings > PMS** under Channels and click **Add PMS**.
2. Search for **Beds24** to reach the authentication screen.
3. Tick all three checkboxes, then click **Generate Invite Code**.
4. Copy the invite code and paste it back on the authentication screen.
5. Click **Connect** and wait for the success message.

## Part 2: Set up messaging

1. In Conduit, open your completed Beds24 connection and copy the **Webhook URL**.
2. In Beds24, go to **Settings > Properties > Access**.
3. In the Booking Webhooks section, choose **2 - with personal data** as the webhook version.
4. Paste the Conduit webhook URL into the URL field.
5. Leave the Custom Header empty and click **Save**.
6. Repeat for each property in your Beds24 account.

Imported listings arrive as active. See [Listings and groups](/setup/pms/listings-and-groups) to set any you do not want the agent working on to inactive.
