# Quickstart

> The three steps to get Conduit running: set up your workspace and PMS, connect your channels, and build and test your first agent on copilot.

Most teams are up and running in three steps. Each one links to the full guide if you need more detail.

    Invite your team from **Settings > Members** and give each person the right role. Then connect your property management system from **Settings > PMS** under Channels and import your listings. They arrive as active, so set any you are not ready for to inactive.

    Check whether your PMS already carries your OTA messages, then connect the channels it does not, such as email, phone and SMS, or WhatsApp. Send a test message on each one and confirm it arrives in your inbox.

  <Step title="Build and test your first agent">
    Create an agent and attach it to your inbox. Add your key facts to the Knowledge Base and write Skills for the situations you handle most often. Try it in the Sandbox, then start on copilot so your team approves every reply before it is sent.
