# Marketplace

> Install apps, agent templates, skill templates, and workflow templates from the V3 Marketplace.

Marketplace is where you add reusable building blocks to a workspace.

Open **Build > Marketplace** from the workspace sidebar.

## Marketplace Areas

| Area | Use it for |
| ------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| **Apps** | Install integrations and toolkits. |
| **Agents** | Start from an agent template. |
| **Skills** | Install reusable Skill templates. |
| **Workflows** | Install workflow templates. |
| **Manage** | Review installed marketplace items when available. |

## Apps

Apps connect Conduit to external systems and can provide data sources, channel connections, or tools. Use Apps when an agent needs live access to another system or when your workspace needs a new integration.

If an app is not available, use the request flow so the Conduit team can evaluate it.

## Agent Templates

Agent templates give you a starting point for common roles. Installing a template creates or configures an agent with starter behavior that you should review before publishing.

After installing a template:

1. Open the new agent in **Build > Agents**.
2. Review Persona, Skills, Tools, Behavior, and Settings.
3. Test in Sandbox.
4. Publish only after the behavior matches your workspace.

## Skill Templates

Skill templates install reusable instructions into your workspace Skills area. New workspace Skills are enabled for all agents by default, so review agent assignments after installing a template.

Use Skill templates as a starting point. Edit the details so the Skill matches your policies, connected tools, and customer language.

## Workflow Templates

Workflow templates install repeatable automations. Workflows can also become tool-like capabilities for agents when they are configured for AI triggering.

After installing a workflow template, review the trigger, steps, permissions, and any agent-facing description before relying on it in a Skill or Tool setup.

## After Installing

Marketplace items are starting points. After installing an app, agent, Skill, or workflow, review the configuration in the destination surface before relying on it in production.

* Apps and toolkits should be reviewed in **Settings > Connections** and agent **Tools**.
* Agent templates should be reviewed in **Build > Agents**.
* Skill templates should be reviewed in **Build > Agents > Skills** and on each relevant agent.
* Workflow templates should be reviewed in **Build > Workflows**.
